Exhibition 2013 Week at a Glance
(Please make note that this is a general guideline)

Week 1 (11- 15 March)
Set goals for the week
Set up a team meeting with Mentor – link minutes to your Exhibition Digital Desk
Research to become an expert in your chosen issue/organization
Mission statement for your team
Design logo
Plan your action – Record what is being done to achieve this (if ready)
Get action approved (if ready)
Set up a shared calendar and email group with your team and mentor
Make sure you are familiar with what goes on your Exhibition Digital Desk and
begin setting it up.
On-going reflection and self assessment
Week 1 reflection assignment
Add things to your journal

Bibliography website:  EasyBib  – set up an account to save your sources as you work.  You can edit your list at the end, so add ALL the sources you find for your research!

Week 2 (18 – 22 March)
Plan at the beginning of your week next steps, roles and responsibilities using
your Action Planner
Meet with Mentor – Link minutes to your Exhibition Digital Desk
Further research if needed, making sure your goal connects to your research
Mathematics component – design and give a survey
Add to your Exhibition Digital Desk
On-going reflection
Week 2 reflection
Add things to your journal

Week 3 (25 – 29 March)
Plan at the beginning of each week next steps, roles and responsibilities using
your Action Planner
Meet with Mentor – Link minutes to your Exhibition Digital Desk
Put together your survey results in graph, info-graphic or another form
Plan your action – Record what is being done to achieve this
Get action approved
Preparing presentation – begin to think about how you will present
Add to your Exhibition Digital Desk

Week 4 (8 – 12 April)
